Getting Cash in the Casino

On our last HAL cruise a year ago, we were able to get cash at the blackjack table and charge it to our stateroom account.  Surprisingly, we weren't charged an additional fee. 

 

Pre-COVID, the casino charged a fee.  Does anyone know what the rate, if any, is now?

We charged to our account every day at the Blackjack table during our July cruise and we were never charged a fee.
