Anyone visit Tintamarre on a tour?

My husband and I are visiting St Maarten at the end of this month.  We are in port from 9-6.  Has anyone visited Tintamarre Island and is it worth it?  My husband would like to see sea turtles and heard you can see them there.  Is there a tour or tour operator you recommend?

We did a snorkel trip through Captain Alan (https://captainalan.com/)  I think we found them through trip advisor. Curtis was our captain, he was a great guide.  The tour we did had three stops and we did see some turtles off Tintamarre Island.  We would go with them again, thought it was a good value.
