Using gift cards for final payment online

I have an upcoming cruise which was booked in USD so I decided to purchase gift cards when the 10% bonus promo was on to pay the balance. Final payment is due in 4 days and when I go online to make it, I can’t see where I can use the gift cards. There is a statement that credit cards or gift cards can be used, but the information can only be input as credit card number with expiry date, CVV number, etc.  

 

What am I missing?  Do I need to call my PCC?  Can the chat feature help me in the morning?

Enter the amount of the gift card and then under the orange bar that tells you the session will expire in 15 minutes it says pay with gift card- check the box and then enter the number and Pin. I enter each card separately because one time the session ended and I lost a card- thank goodness it was only a $25 card. 

Can you use a VPN in the US? this might not be working since you are in Canada.

In the past we had to call in to have gift cards applied by our PCC (with a US$ booking). Not sure if it is because we are logged in through a Canadian location, but we couldn't get it to work either.

@Nodakboiler There is no box to check for gift cards. As @rodndonna says, it’s likely because we are Canadian.
