What is your favorite dish at Ocean Blue & Le Bistro (Pics welcome)

@wally4everThank you for the picture. I was hoping for a larger fillet but I understand that Black Sea Bass is a fairly small fish. I guess I'll have to be happy with the Norwegian Salmon or North Atlantic Cod. I like tuna but the Ahi is probably served a little under-cooked for my taste.

How is the filet there opposed to the filet at Cagneys, same seasoning?

 

I am also considering the Fishermans platter, which is better fried or grilled?

 

Ocean Blue Salmon, is it different than they serve in the MDR?

 

For apps: Spicy shrimp, pan seared scallops or Gumbo, what are your faves?

Thy don't "make" it taste non-livery. Goose liver tastes nothing like beef or chicken liver. I detest the other two lovers but love fois gras.

The Tiger Shrimp at Ocean Blue was THEE best shrimp cocktail I have ever had on the 7 seas and 43 cruises on 7 cruise lines...then I had the lobster thermador dining outside over looking the sunset..magical!!..then Key Lime Pie for dessert..I almost called the medics it was so good...Le Bistro the escargots are the best at sea I've had for an appetizer..Filet Mignon was great too...these pics are killing me, lol..
