Stay away from ACROSS AFRICA TOURS

ACROSS AFRICA TOURS should be avoided at all costs. itineraries changed. Air conditioning not provided. Tour guides for every van was not provided. Promises of roomy and number of vans not given. Crammed shoulder to shoulder and expected to sit on fold down middle seats. Commitments not kept. Refunds denied. Tour guides lost guests during tours and had to find their own transportation back. I was on the Grand Africa 71 day Holland America Cruise that started 10/10/22.
