just a heads up if you are on this cruise we received this email a short time ago.
The itinerary has been changed but the planner and app have not been updated.

 

 

Dear Guest,

To ensure a smooth embarkation process, we’ll now depart from Venice (Ravenna), Italy at 7:00 PM. Additionally, due to a change in itinerary planning, we’ve replaced our visit to Mykonos with Athens, Greece, and we’ll now visit Santorini on Day 4. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Nevertheless, we’re excited to take you to a new port, and know you’ll enjoy some extra time to exploring Santorini! Below, please find our revised Explorer of the Seas May 21^st, 2023 itinerary.

Whatever you decide to do, we’re sure you’ll have a memorable time!

Any pre-paid Royal Caribbean International shore excursions booked for Mykonos will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment. Our Shore Excursions team will automatically reschedule any pre-paid Royal Caribbean International shore excursions affected by this change. In the meantime, feel free to browse all the exciting shore excursion options for your sailing in Cruise Planner to level up your vacation.

Important Note: In Santorini, all guests will be tendered to shore. Unfortunately, tender boats are not accessible to guests who are full-time mobility scooter or wheelchair users. Guests who are unable to take a few steps on stairs or walk across from the tender platform to and from the tender may be unable to go ashore. We’re sorry for the impact to your vacation, and we hope you understand that your safety and well-being comes first. Guests who use collapsible wheelchairs and who can take steps will be able to go ashore. They dropped Mykonos and added Athens for Explorer on July 16, 2023 as well. I think it's a win!

We got an email for our August cruise. Same later 7pm  departure from Ravenna and then losing an hour in Kotor and Corfu, no changed ports though.

 

All a bit strange, it must be linked with the 7pm departures from Ravenna.

We had for Mykonos, but we cancelled it and were refunded.

We are booked on the Sept 24/23 departure of this cruise - same changes received.  Disappointed about missing Mykonos, but I am sure we will have a great time nonetheless.
