Check with the CDC website as to whether you should get any vaccinations for the countries you are planning to visit. They will have the most up to date information (or so I hope).

We didn't get any vaccinations and didn't hear of anyone on the ship getting sick.

We did the Star Princess Baltics last year. As long as your staying in the metro areas, really don't need to worry. Just don't go chicken plucking. The advise about checking the CDC website is a good idea. I checked it before I went and followed the suggestion to have my MD update my tetnus shot, but I needed it anyway.

We didn't get any vaccinations last summer either on the RCCL Jewel of the Seas...no one got sick that we had heard either.

We were on the Star Princess in September and we did not get any type of vaccinations prior to our trip. We also were in Budapest and Prague prior to the cruise. We did not get sick nor did we hear of anyone else getting sick.
