Cuban food, FLL

Looking for a recommendation for some good cuban food in the great FLL area. We are staying at the Lago Mar, so will be taxiing from there. I know there are some great places in Little Havana, but am hoping to stay closer to our hotel. TIA

As signman posted above, Las Vegas ,2807 E Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL is the closest to the Lago Mar. Please do not judge all Cuban cuisine by what you encounter there. It's passable but it's nothing compared to the fine Cuban restaurants on Calle Ocho in Little Havana. ;)
