Coco Cay

There will be 6 adults traveling to Coco Cay on Oasis at the end of this year. The last time I was at Coco Cay was 2017 and it looks SOOOOO different now!

I'm looking for recommendations on what to do, but specifically, are there cabanas big enough that 6 people can rent? Are they hard to get?  It would just be a nice "home" spot for the day.

Thanks!

Just visited Coco Cay in January and had a beachfront cabana in Coco Beach Club. It comes with 8 passes (you can include an additional 2 for extra money). We were four and it was plenty comfortable. This was a big splurge, but definitely worth it. Was the best day of a GREAT cruise.

Have you checked availability on the app? That will show you whether there is high demand for them.  Depends how many ships are in port that day.

I rented a cabana by the Oasis Lagoon in early 2020.  It fits up to 8 people and we loved having a wonderful attendant who brought us all sorts of great food and drinks from the Snack Shack.  They assign you the night before docking there and the process goes quite smoothly once you check in at the station near your bank of cabanas.

The cabana rental rates for Coco Cay are priced by what demand will bear, which means they can be absolutely insane. Have rarely seen them below $1000. Just something to consider when deciding if five or six hours of your time there is worth it. We decided against it ourselves, but they have absolutely no problem selling them out months and months in advance.
