Where to make reservations for the go cart track

I’ve been advised to run not walk as soon as I get on the Encore to make go cart reservations but unsure where to go.  The same place as entertainment?  
 

Any advice about the Encore and have they replaced Kinky Boots with anything else?

You can make those go kart reservations on the touch screen kiosks in the stair lobby at each end of the ship on every passenger deck.

If you like to drink alot keep in mind they can breathalyzer you at the entrance and reject you back to the bar. With that said I never saw them do it to anyone on the Prima recently and I could always get on rather quickly when it was open. 

 

The weather conditions can change track hours. 

 

It was much better (and faster) than I expected and there was some real racing going on. Challenged all the way to the checker by a much more experienced lightweight teen.
