I went to CC tab and much to my surprise my points went from 3010 to 0, that's right 0. Having just been called by Celebrity last week and congratulated for turning Zenith. We then booked a free cruise over the weekend. Now we have 0. I was surprised. So yesterday day my spouse call to book another cruise and while on she told CC rep about points and she was going to take care of. Then I checked last nigh and again early this morning but still zero. Then I went to Facebook this morning and saw a solution. Someone, Nancy, suggested to go to settings on X site and delete your CC# and reenter number and it worked, all points returned.
