Eden Tasting Menu

I found a recent video on YouTube (Nov 2022) with a review on Eden. It shows the whole menu. 

It looks like from the menu, the only way you can get the tasting menu is to get it with the wine pairing and pay an extra $100 per person. Is this correct? I thought you could get the tasting menu without the wine pairing for the usual cover charge?

 We recently returned from the 1-2-23 sailing on the Wdge.  We did the tasting menu without the wine pairing for the basic charge.  It was outstanding! We definitely would recommend it.  The original menu is no longer offered.

Excellent, this is what we are planning on doing. We have the premium drinks package, so we can order wine from our package.
