Person joining me for second leg of b2b

I am sailing solo on the first leg of a b2b, but my friend is joining me for the second leg.  When I completed my check in the standard form says all passengers on the same reservation need to check in together.  Does this mean I have to get off the ship at Port Everglades after doing the regular b2b procedure and check in with her when she arrives?  
 

Thanks for any assistance - I thought about calling Celebrity but wait times are so long for existing reservations and I couldn’t find anything when I did a search for this issue.

No this won't be an issue.   They just need to explain that the other person is onboard and is B2B and has already been checked in.

Since you will be provided with an "In Transit" pass you could walk off if you really wanted to for some reason.   But no, you will not need to do so.  Your traveling companion will simply check in when she arrives and you do not need to be present.
