Make sure the cabin attendent sets the bed in the Queen configuration not the twin setup.

Is that something that can be "ordered" prior to sailing? Or is this something that is done when we board?

It can be ordered but might not be done by the time you board but will be as soon as you speak to your steward. I think that they are so busy with the debarkation/embarkation that they don't have time to check orders but it was done for us within an hour. :)
