Book through Cruise line or TA?

Just joined your group and am trying to find out from your experiences which is more cost effective or beneficial and why.

Our prefered lines are RCCL and Celebrity, and all the web sites that list cruises are all the same price as booking through the cruise line, so my question is, is there any advantage for going through a travel agent rather than booking direct?

I checked all the prices on the internet and then called my TA. She beat all the prices. Most of the ones that I have found do not include all the tax and port charges and insurance and stuff in the price. By the time you add it up it is more.

Just my opinion and I am sure there will be a zillon more.:p
