Flew from Pearson to Phoenix on Feb 6, flight was at capacity.  Used the new app to bypass the massive line at customs and cleared both security and customs in about 15 minutes total.  Peak time as well, around 6am on Monday.  Flew back through Denver on Feb 8 via United, both flights about 70% full.  Considering the superbowl was in town that weekend I was surprised it wasn't busier.  Customs at Pearson was quite fast.
