Port day with 3 kid?

Hi all! We've not been to Key West since we were kid free. That was a much different experience than we will be having this time around! We'll be going with kids aged 11, 9 and 5 this time. Looking for some ideas about what to do while there. We were thinking possible kayaking, we will have extra adults with us, so can pair each kid with an adult. But wanting some other ideas to explore more options. Not many things offered through the ship. So looks like we will be booking on our own.
