I think I canceled it Friday but never received anything from Carnival. it is no longer showing up when it shows me what ive purchased for the cruise such as specialty dinners, etc. how will they refund it, to the card i purchased it with or obc? TIA I know that with other excursions I cancelled or Carnival cancelled, I did get a standard cancellation email. It does not say what the excursion was that was cancelled however when I went to my booking I did see that it had been removed. It took approximately two weeks (on some it was quicker) to show that I had been refunded on the credit card that I used. If you used OBC to make the purchase it will go back to the OBC.
