When do Vibe Beach Passes Become Available for Purchase?

I've read conflicting reports on Vibe. Some say it is only available on board. Some say you can buy it as soon as you pay in full? Does anyone know when you can pre-buy Vibe beach passes?

We bought ours in Late August 2022 for a late March 2023 cruise on Encore. I am not sure when it showed up in the App though.

The ability to purchase showed up about 180 days out for my May 2023 cruise.

I bought my Prima March Vibe passes the day they became available for purchase at NCL on 7/1/22.  I purchased Vibe passes for my NCL Joy and NCL Escape cruises in 2024 already.

My Escape 2024 was available when I booked my cruise 3 months ago.....

Did you have to pay in full first for the ability to buy Vibe passes to appear?

I only had my deposit when it showed available.  It was under activities on my NCL for my Escape booking.

I paid for Vibe immediately.  Called NCL and received an invoice for all three cruises showing Vibe as paid.   Not risking it.

I just checked with my cruise consultant and he added it to the booking.
