iwunderu Posted March 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2006 I was thinking that Carnival had a way you could call a number on your in cabin phone and set up a wake up time...Does Princess have this feature also?
cjh Posted March 8, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 8, 2006 Yes they do but if you like to hit the snooze you better take a clock.
Pam in CA Posted March 8, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 8, 2006 Yes... the phone in your cabin has a "wake up" call feature. It's an automated system. You punch the numbers for the time you want to wake up, and that's it. It'll automatically call you in the morning and keep on ringing until you pick up the handset. TNTLAMB Posted March 9, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 9, 2006 They have the wake-up call feature, but personally I like to use room service. Nothing is better than waking up to fresh cooffe and a pastry especially on port days with an early tour!
ecto04 Posted March 9, 2006 #5 Share Posted March 9, 2006 I'd suggest you take a small clock if you're like me and get disoriented if you don't have one glowing in the dark at you...
daddowdall Posted March 9, 2006 #6 Share Posted March 9, 2006 I agree with ecto04. Last Princess cruise we took, there was no clock in the cabin. I bought a small battery operated travel clock on Magellan that has a switch that lets you leave the display light on all night. $20 or so, and worth it if you wake up in the dark and want to know the time.
