Carnival from Charleston

Looking for a girls getaway.  Not Nassau.  Anyone have experience with Bimini, Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays?  Thanks

Bimini is really fun if you think renting a golf cart and exploring an island with good food and some cool beaches is a good time.  I have heard half moon cay and Princess Cay are really cool.

Half Moon Cay is drop dead gorgeous. It’s a lovely beach day and I would grab a cruise with it any time.

Been to all those stops several times and sailed out of Charleston many times.

Look at the actual port times for the “Cays”, at Princess Cay recently, left port at 4:00, meaning head back to the ship around 2:00, seemed a short day (because of tender time). Depends on if you are an early riser or not.

There are lots of reviews for these stops on here and all over the web. There's probably no right choice depending on what you want. Me, I'd pick HMC but I'd be happy with Princess Cays. Personally I'd rather go back to Nassau vs. Bimini. Each to their own.

Both HMC and Princess Cay are beautiful!  If I had to pick, HMC would win out for me.   Enjoy a nice BBQ lunch and a relaxing day at either one….how can you go wrong?

HMC is my favorite beach stop that I’ve been to. It’s beautiful! Powdery white sand and crystal clear blue waters. PC wasn’t bad either but nowhere near as nice as HMC (IMHO).

Love HMC and PC!  PC had some of the best snorkeling, tons of beautiful fish.  Our cabana was great.  HMC is so beautiful and relaxing.  I chilled on a floaty mat and we loved our cabana there as well.

Bimini, we took the tram from the port and relaxed at Resort World.  DH and I had two chaise lounges and an umbrella. The time I went with my mom we relaxed in a clamshell up near the bar.
