Bars/Restaurant suggestions in downtown Great Bay Beach

We might decide to take a water taxi to downtown and to to Great Bay Beach,  Is there a cost for the beach? Do rent umbrellas and chairs if so what would be the cost?

Also some suggestions for bars and restaurants around there.  maybe with music would be great.
