Booking services ahead of sailing vs once onboard (excursions/dining/etc) question

Hub and I have just booked a B2B in March for our first vacation foray since pre covid, so has been a while since cruising (Feb 2019).

 

I cannot recall, nor have been able to find the info thus far on the HAL site.  Do purchases made pre cruise count towards on board spending toward extra cruise day credits or no?  I seem to remember something like this.  Do only purchases made once on board count toward spending cruise day credits or not?

Yes pre purchases do count.  Enjoy your cruise.

Look at your itinerary and, unless you have a lot of OBC you want to spend on board, consider booking tours and specialty meals in advance. With so many people getting the Have It All promo, tours and good time slots at Pinnacle are selling out before the cruise.
