2 Valiant questions

We've never sailed Virgin before, but we're really excited! My daughter and I are sailing on the April 2nd cruise, and I have (so far!) 2 questions.  In the balcony cabins, if you need the bed separated into 2 beds, I've read different things - do they just separate the beds so they're next to each other, or do they put them in a kind of 'L' shaped configuration?  And is there smoking allowed in the casino?

thanks much,

KC

They turn one mattress sideways so yes, L shaped. No smoking in casino however there is a smoking room at one end of the casino and they have slot machines in it.
