I hate those middle fold-down seats. What happens if there is an emergency? I need to be able to exit the bus quickly, not crawl over a bunch of people. Don't even get me started on the lack of seatbelt use.

The scenic railway started running in 2003. It was a part of the sugar industry. When the sugar industry left the govt made sure they all had jobs. Most are farmers. The govt provided land for that. Some work in tourism or drive taxis

on the bus ride later we pass more govt housing with an ocean view. The bus driver calls it 20k housing with million $ view.
