Small venue entertainment on Seascape?

Does the Seascape have any entertainment in any of the bars? Anything like the solo guitarist in the pub on Meriviglia? Some sort of rock or crowd pleasing music other than dueling pianos or classical music?

My recollection is that there is such a lounge. At the very least, there is always someone playing in the ship's atrium. Sometimes it's your desired troubadour, sometimes it's a small band, sometimes a vocalist, sometimes a DJ.

Yes, Seascape does have various performers in the bars.  We saw a solo guitarist/singer in the Loft lounge.  We also saw some other entertainers in the Cabaret Rouge, like a magician, singer, and a band one night.  I'm sure there are others that we just did not see.

There are bands and other performers art various times in the atrium, le cabaret Rouge, uptown bar and the loft as well as out on deck.
