Rare Cruise till you drop Posted February 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2023 Have a family trip of 4 cabins and wondering if anyone knows if the balconies can be opened up to connect to each other
Sailin_Pirate Posted February 10, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2023 Depends on the rooms like all the other ships I'm guessing. Some open and some don't/can't be for safety issues.

Then locate your four cabins. This will tell you which cabins the balcony partitions open/connect to. Very helpful Unfortunately the Carnival and Travel agent folks don’t know this and their only comment is “some of the partitions are removable and some not removable”. Duhh I 100% don't believe this statement. There is 0 chance Carnival or Travel Agents don't know this information/site. Consider the link provided is a Carnival site which TAs have access. But when you talk down and mock Service Reps you more than likely won't get what you want.

Do you really have a hard time believing that they don’t know every aspect of the ship?

Do you really have a hard time believing that they don’t know every aspect of the ship? A balcony divider opening isn't even close to being "every aspect of the ship". Especially when its easily accessed information on a Carnival website for TA usage. You have a crappy TA that doesn't want to do their job. also "“some of the partitions are removable and some not removable”. 100% don't believe this was said either
mz-s Posted February 10, 2023 #8 Share Posted February 10, 2023 goccl is Carnival's travel agent site...if a TA doesn't know about that site, they have no business selling Carnival cruises...

That seems appropriate for the Carnival thread for such a simple issue
