NULL error when trying to log in

I’ve been trying to log in on my laptop for a few days, but continuing to receive a NULL error in a big red banner under the CC logo at the log in (see photo). I can log in on ipad no problem.  I’ve cleared cookies in my Chrome browser too.  I’ve had no issues just until a day or so ago.  Thanks
