book now or wait for Presidents Day sales?

Hello!  I'm planning a last minute family trip to Alaska and we have it narrowed down to a specific ship and sailing on Holland America.  Should I book now, as they are offering specials, or wait for the upcoming Presidents Day sales I keep hearing about?  Thanks in advance for your help!

I answered in "Ask a Cruise Question", where I said:

If you book now with a refundable deposit, you can re-fare into a future promo, before final payment due-date, with Pres.day will be for June sailings. You would give up any current perks for the offered ones; you'd have to parse that out.

I just booked today as I got a good deal from a TA. One of my cabins is refundable so if there’s a good deal I may be able to change. But I need two cabins close to each other and my cruise is filling so I went ahead and grabbed what I wanted.
