Casino Schedule During Norway Cruise

My husband and I will be doing an 8 day Norway cruise in May.  Are there restrictions on casino hours while cruising the Fjords?

We cruised there on Celebrity last year and within an hour of leaving each port the casino was open.  Closed at each port of course.

On the Sky Princess last August, on the two Fjords days the casinos didn't actually open until we reached open seas, about 3 hours after sailing.. 

So maybe Celebrity is different, but one of the two fjords stops for us was Skolden Norway, the longest fjord in Norway, about 125 miles long, and the casino didn't open until leaving the fjord completely to open sea almost 4 hours later
