atabs12 Posted February 19, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2023 I checked in today for our Allure cruise next week. My check in status shows all set. We have a assigned cabin. I am not able to access the set sail pass in the app or on the computer ( just gives me a white blank screen). In the app it states to get boarding pass in port. I cleared my cache and used different browsers. Also deleted and reinstalled the app and signed in and out. Anyone else with this problem or any ideas? I think it is the great IT department at work. He checked in last week. He could not see their Set Sail Passes on the app or on line. I checked and I could see theirs on both my app and on line.
