Best Choice For P and O With Pre Existing Condition?

Hello all, first post here, so please go easy for any ignorance shown! I have booked my first ever cruise on the P and O Iona, Norwegian Fjords departing Southampton on 19/8/23. I travelled to Switzerland last year and used an insurance company called Staysure for a pre existing condition, and would like to use them again. They do “cruise” insurance, but I’m a little unclear if it meets P and O’s requirements, most specifically for medical evacuation, which I believe is a separate issue to repatriation. If one of you could provide a little clarity on this I would much appreciate it! Thank in advance, Ian.
