Food restrictions at dinner

I cannot find in the cruise personalizer where food restrictions are listed.  I need a low fat, sodium free choice.  
 

Can someone please guide me where in the cruise personalizer.  Thank you.

In the Cruise Personalizer click on Check-In and scroll down.

You will see the link to Dietary Requests just above the Green button for Print Travel Summary

Do that for sure, but don’t count on the cruise personalized.   Check in with the head waiter the first night ( helps to eat in the same MDR each night) .  He will take your orders every night for the next day.   Buffet is more difficulties.  Find a chief ( tall white hate) and he will show you what is safe for you.
