Exquisite Customer Service!

I need to follow-up here.  A month ago I had written how I was a bit chagrined because RCCL would let me change my cruise date to a different ship a week earlier to cruise with friends.  I was upset that I was promised a phone call, and my written request hadn't been responded to.  In giving credit where credit is due, RCCL came through with flying colors!  - It did take them three weeks though, lol.  And they were extremely generous to give me an upgrade to a suite many classes above what I had paid for, so I am ecstatic!

 

There were many naysayers to my original post who had dissed me for claiming I'm a Diamond status member.  The RCCL rep that I talked to said that my continued loyalty and status  -and the fact that our group had booked so many cabins- had made all of the difference in the world in making the decision easy for them.  My recent island trip using a major hotel chain was also greatly elevated due to my status, I seriously don't know why some folks have a problem with it.  The status is an earned benefit.  Thank you RCCL, I'm looking forward to the cruise!
