Smoking on QE, cabins impacted?

Are there any cabins impacted by people smoking?

We’ve been only on lower decks (4&5), but the only time we had a problem was last time, when a woman in the cabin next to ours was smoking on the balcony.

From Cunard's website:

 

All public spaces (with the exception of designated smoking areas) including restaurants and outdoor dining alternatives are designated as non smoking within the ship. Smoking is not permitted in staterooms, on balconies, or in public areas (with the exception of Churchill's Cigar Lounge, which is reserved for cigar and pipe smokers only).

I am trying to find out if the "designated smoking areas" impact any of the cabins with balconies.

Smoking is allowed on the starboard side of the promenade deck 4 and the open deck 10. Generally the smoke disperses quickly.
Perhaps booking a cabin on the port side would suit you.
