nomadgirluk Posted March 1, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2023 We have just been advised that the itinerary in the second week of our Caribbean cruise has changed. Not a huge problem for us, but have also noticed that the excursion we had booked with TUI for Antigua is no longer in our planner, nor is it available to book. I assume it is cancelled, but have received no notification of this. Is anyone able to say how long TUI take to refund the cost of cancelled excursions? Thanks. We found out by chance our second week itinerary has changed. we did a dummy booking for the 16th March and saw the first week changed from what our e ticket e mail said.
