First time on a Celebrity ship

First time on a Celebrity ship. Can any cruisers inform me as to where on the Solstice can complimentary tea and coffee be obtained that is outside of the main dining room, speciality restaurants, room service, ocean view café (marketplace). I realise that the non-suites cabins do not have a tea/coffee making facility like some other cruise lines have and we certainly don't want to waste the time of room service crew in delivery only 2 cups of tea, when required. In anticipation, thanks for your answers.

Last I was on (a while ago due to Covid) the buffet area had tea, coffee, juices, etc available when it was open and the service was also available outside of the doors on the pool deck the few hours the buffet area was closed.
