Med Cruise and Casino/Princess Prizes

I'm booked on Enchanted Sep 30-Oct 14, Barcelona to Athens.  I'm guessing that during days in port (most of the trip is port days with only 3 days at sea) the casino is closed and Princess Prizes are "off".  Can someone confirm?

 

Also, will the casino be open in the evenings when sailing between ports or will the ship not hit international waters when sailing port to port?

Yes, Princess prizes entries by opening your cabin door only will happen when the Casino is OPEN. Princess prizes is a Casino affiliated program. I believe this info is in the info/details outlining princess prizes with the premier package.
 

The Casino will normally open after you leave each port each evening.
