Today I had a live chat with an idiot at Princess who said Princess had me on a pending list and they are loading the app with people who are cruise sooner then me😱😱😱 Has anyone heard such a stupid excuse????? SCX22 Posted March 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2023 (edited) Sorry to hear of you troubles. First try pulling up your reservation through the Princess website and open your Travel Summary. If you can't then that means that something in your personal information is wrong (name spelling or birthday). If this is the case call Princess reservations or your TA and have them correct the incorrect info. If all this fails, below is a thread from the past discussing this problem: Otherwise you're at the mercy of the people at MedallionApp tech support, which I totally understand is frustrating.
