Insurance for HAL Cruise

I just booked a neptune suite for the 18-day cruise San Diego to Hawaii for January, 2024 so a bit pricey.   I live in New York and HAL does not allow me to purchase the Premium insurance.  I have researched purchasing insurance from Travel Guard which I have used for previous cruises and the cost has increased very significantly.    I could purchase HAL standard insurance but it doesn't cover much.   What have other New York cruisers done recently as far as travel insurance?   Thanks in advance!
