Taino Bay (NCL Encore) to a nice beach?

We will be on NCL Encore to Puerto Plata (Taino Bay) on 4/15/23. We would like to go to a beach with chairs, umbrellas, SHADE if possible, restrooms and food/drink for a few hours.  I've seen a few that seemed to be surrounded by hotels, are there any more natural ones that we can get to via taxi? 

Can you recommend a reputable taxi operator?  PS I've read that you can get a taxi at the port, but I need to decide on the beach first so we know where we're going!  Thank you!
