Rotterdam cabin questions

We are booked on our first HA cruise in a week.   I wonder if the cabins have adjustable reading lights or are they built into the ceiling?   Just trying to eliminate packing them (I like to read and hubby likes to sleep).    Also are there USB ports for recharging our I pads and phones?   Just off Sky Princess this AM and while USB ports were in the lamp bases they didn’t work well.  Took almost 24 hours to charge my I Pad which is brand new at Christmas.   Guess I am wondering about bring charging block.   Thanks in advance for any info that can be given me regarding Rotterdam cabins (we are on deck 7 aft).

All cabins have flexible gooseneck reading lights built into the fixtures next to the headboard on both sides of the bed. Also USB and standard AC outlets on both sides too. No issues charging anything.
