That the address I used.  Make your reservation and e-mailo that address with your booking # and proof of service ASAP (before final payment) and they should revise the price downwards if that particular cruise is eligible for the discount (I hear some cruises won't get it).  This has to be done for EACH cruise even though other lines might only make you submit your proof of service once...

I sent an email 9 days ago, and a follow up 5 days ago. I haven't gotten any reply, except for the automated one. In the past, I've gotten the approval back in just a day or two. What has been other's experience lately?

Strange.  I got my civil service approval back in 2 hours last month.

We had the approval the next day.
