AX champagne

Hi, booked through AX Plat desk and am supposed to get a bottle of champagne.  Questions:

 

Is it any good?

 

When should I expect it, will it be in the room on embarkation?

Don't expect anything. It's the same mediocre stuff you get in CC as a welcome, and usually you have to tell the cabin steward when you like to have it. He'll set it up for you!

It's like a $5 bottle, not remotely good.  Buy this, it's like two $10/bottles of wine and it ranks as great wine compared to other $10 bottles.  You get lots of attention as people want to know if it's anyone good and which bottle is better than the others:

It is far from being a Champagne. It is a cheap sparkling wine. It is drinkable!

Champagne only comes from that area of France.  The rest is a sparkling wine.
