Prices for drinks

Trying to figure out how much bar tab we will need. Does anyone know how much a lemon drop martini would cost with Grey goose? Or a vodka tonic? Also, do you know if Belvedere cost more than Grey goose?  Thanks for any help you can give us on the drink pricing.

Take a look at the martini section of the casino bar menu here for a rough idea

https://profcruise.com/virgin-voyages-bar-menus-and-drink-prices/

That shows $14 for Grey Goose and $16 for Belvedere for a standard martini. Lemon drop might be a few dollars more I guess? Don’t forget there is no tips on Virgin so price you see is price you pay.

Simple drinks like vodka and Sprite are well priced as the soda is already included in the cruise. I was drinking Absolut and Sprite at $7, Tito’s was $9 and then others slightly more still. I drink Absolut at home anyway.

I had an Espresso martini at Sip (not on the menu) for $10 and I assume that was just Absolut.

The most we paid for a cocktail was $13.  Some mixed drinks are as low as $9.  As above, the tips are already included.  THe only time the menu price is not the charged price is if you order before the ship is in international waters; in that case there is sometimes a tax that VV must charge.  This is most common in Europe.

No matter how much you drink, you

DO NOT HAVE TO BUY A BAR TAB,

You can just charge to your room each time you order.

and to add to that you can buy the one $300 to get the $50 bonus and share it between the people in the cabin and then once the $350 is used up the remaining bill is just charged on the last night to the credit card given.

So even if you do decide to pre purchase it doesn’t need to be one each.

This is the whole beauty of the bar tab....you can buy none, buy one and share it, or whatever
