Upgrade to 19th Floor Seascape?

We just received a Yacht Club upgrade offer to a deluxe grand suite on Deck 19; we are currently in a deluxe suite on Deck 18. I would upgrade except for the fact that Deck 20, where the pool, etc. is located right above us might be noisy. What has been your experience with the 19th floor on MSC Seascape?
