Couple quick question going on Navigator next week!

We are taking our kids on their first cruise, as well as grandparents. I can't seem to find information online or in the app about some questions that have come up regarding activities since we have such a wide range of age groups.

 

First, are there are evening productions or shows in the main theater room? The grandparents REALLY like this aspect in their past cruises, but in the app in the weekly calendar (at least so far) on Navigator we didn't really see any night time productions like we have on all our other ships. Maybe that just shows up once you are on the ship? They have plenty of night activities and things, I was just wondering about specific bigger night productions like it shows on the Web site.

 

Also, do they have pickleball equipment on board already that they just loan people or are you expected to bring your own if you want to play.

 

Since this is our first time bringing kids this hasn't come up before. Is the kids swimming area and water slides open on the boarding day? It looks to be so, but just wanted to make sure so we don't put our swimsuits in our luggage.

It also shows there are ice skating lessons one of the days, but I didn't see any ice performing shows? Is that unusual just to have ice skating available on only one day?

Evening shows will be updated.  

 

They will provide pickleball equipment.

 

Pool will be open on boarding day so put swimsuit in carry on.

 

They will have an ice show.  Ice skating will be available on other days.  Just make sure you pack long pants if you want to skate.

I was on the Navigator in October.  It is a great ship for all ages.  The water slides are lots of fun and the ice show is amazing.  Have a great time with your family!
