Charge for Dining Room?

We haven't cruised for a few years, but have one scheduled for next month and I'm looking through the RC app.   Under dining, both the My Time Dining and the Main Dining room say that onboard dining price is per person and an 18% gratuity will be automatically added. I thought that both of these dining options were complimentary? Has it changed since our last cruise?

All meals in the MDR either with My Time or traditional dining are complimentary unless you select an up charge item, like the filet mignon from Chops. The daily gratuity that’s charged to your onboard account or if you pre-pay them include the dining staff in the MDR.

They also now charge for a second lobster on lobster night.
