Bike tour on bonaire

Celebrity offers a bike tour on Bonaire. Its a 12 mile ride along the islands coast with stops at various spots. there then is a coach transfer to Te Amos beach.

My question, what type of bikes are they, E bikes or total pedal power?

Also, is there is a chance to do this privatly, I have not been able to find a vendor to offer this tour.

I didn't do bike tour, but saw people doing it.  The bikes are pedal so be in good shape!
