arochon1 Posted March 30, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 30, 2023 A couple of days ago on the payment status for my July cruise, it started saying final payment due $-150.00 I used the chat and they emailed me the confirmation, which looks like the amount owed and paid is the same. The only concerning thong is I also got a message at the same time of "Your final payment is almost due" saying the balance needed to be paid by March 9. My questions: 1. glitch? 2. should I be expecting to owe anything or get anything back? 3. Should I be concerned about my reservation? After doing some reasearch, I found that the discrepancy with the price is that the website and app say the BOGO air and two transfers are $50 each less than on our confirmation.I don't know why.
